David Thompson is the co-founder of Three Pillars Wealth, LLC. Since 2015, David has guided his clients with complex financial, business, estate planning, investment advisory and wealth management services to business owners, executives, individuals, and their families. Three Pillars Wealth, LLC can assist with comprehensive 401(k) plans, cash balance plans, SERP plans, and employee benefits packages. David and his team pride themselves on helping clients organize their financial life.
David is an Investment Advisor Representative with Eagle Strategies, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor, and a Registered Representative with NYLIFE Securities, LLC. In 2015 David became an Agent with New York Life and Financial Professional with NYLIFE Securities and has never changed broker-dealers.
When not at the office, David enjoys working on classic cars, running, and spending time in the gym. David and his wife, Kendra, have two boys and reside in the Castle Hills community of north Texas.

Alec Berrey is the co-founder of Three Pillars Wealth, LLC. With over five years of experience, Alec works closely with clients to deliver comprehensive financial planning and help bring clarity and organization to their financial lives. His approach is centered on building thoughtful, coordinated plans that support long-term goals while adapting to life’s changes.
Alec graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Finance, where he was also a member of the men’s golf team. He is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, and has qualified for Executive and President Council every year since joining the industry.
Outside of the office, Alec enjoys golfing with friends and clients and spending time traveling with his wife Maddie and their daughter Scottie. He values strong relationships, balance, and shared experiences, which carry through into both his personal life and his work with clients.

Kendra Thompson serves as the Director of Life Solutions at Three Pillars Wealth, LLC, joining the firm in 2025. Kendra brings over a decade of experience helping physicians, advanced practice providers, educators and administrators navigate career transitions as a physician and executive search consultant for the nation's largest healthcare staffing firm. As a result of thousands of career conversations, Kendra has deep understanding and strategies for:

Identifying opportunities for loan forbearance and forgiveness programs

Kendra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude from the University of North Texas. A former personal trainer and competitive physique athlete, Kendra is a fitness enthusiast who met her husband, David, at a bodybuilding competition. She resides in Lewisville, Texas with her husband and their two sons.

Elijah graduated from The University of Mary-Hardin Baylor where he played football and finished with a degree in Finance, He is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table and has qualified for Quality* and Executive Council** (2025).
Elijah enjoys spending time with his fiancé and two dogs as well as golfing with his friends and clients. Elijah is driven by integrity, discipline, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
